Where do we pick up our gate pass to enter Sea Pines?
When you arrive on the island, proceed directly to the Sea Pines Resort Welcome Center on Greenwood Drive. Drive around back and give the window attendant your last name and the villa address. They will give you a pass for the duration of your stay. If you arrive after 11:00 p.m. (or if the Welcome Center is closed), proceed directly to the Sea Pines Gate on Greenwood Drive. The Gate Attendant will have your information and will give you temporary access. You will need to return to the Welcome Center the next day to get your pass.
How much does the Gate Pass cost?
It’s free when you book with us. Otherwise, it’s $6.00 a day.
TIP - Harris Teeter offers an online shopping service and will have your groceries ready when you arrive. If you are looking for something to kill time while you're in the car, log on to Harristeeter.com and select your groceries for your stay. No fee on the first order and Harris Teeter is just across the street from the Welcome Center.
Where can we rent bikes?
Feel free to bring your own bikes, but if you want to rent, there are many to choose from. The most convenient is South Beach Bike Rentals (843-671-2215).
Where is the pool?
There is a Community Pool right in front of The Salty Dog (walking distance). Pool passes can be purchased at the South Beach Marina Inn for $70/week…but the Ocean is free 🙂
Do you supply linens?
Yes. All linens are supplied for the king bed, the sleeper sofa and enough towels for a family of 4 for a week…just bring your own beach towels.
We are staying for 2 months. Can you arrange to have the unit cleaned and/or linens changed periodically?
Yes. Our housekeeper is totally flexible. Just let me know in advance what your needs are.
